All associated intellectual property rights — including patents, trade secrets, trademarks, formulations, and know-how — are the exclusive property of LIT and have not been sold, assigned, or transferred to any third party unless documented by a separate written agreement executed by LIT.

If any of these technologies, trademarks, or materials appear on other websites, marketing materials, or presentations, such use is limited to past collaborative or licensing relationships and does not convey or imply ownership or rights by any other entity.
